The Playhouse Raffle is the longest-running annual fundraiser for the Centre for Young Parents, and in 2026 we are proud to celebrate its 20th Anniversary. For two decades, this beloved community tradition has brought together generous volunteers, community groups, and local builders to create one-of-a-kind playhouses in support of young families.
We are looking ahead with excitement to 2026 and are thrilled to continue our partnership with the Grande Prairie Construction Association, making this milestone year our most ambitious and impactful raffle yet.
As we celebrate 20 years of playhouses, community spirit, and support for young parents, we invite you to be part of the journey. Volunteers are currently being sought for our Playhouse Raffle Fundraising Committee a meaningful opportunity to help shape this special anniversary event and make a lasting difference in our community.

Grande Prairie Composite High School has been a valued partner in our playhouse program over the years, with students proudly building several playhouses through hands‑on learning experiences. Known for its strong emphasis on practical skills and community involvement, the school is excited to return this year to build another playhouse, continuing its tradition of craftsmanship, teamwork, and giving back.
