ABOUT SOUNDCHECK:
Centre for Young Parents in partnership with CW Live Entertainment brings a unique (no other event like this in our area) indoor music contest & fundraiser.
Local musicians compete for cash prizes and the title of "Best Performance". The winner is determined by a panel of Judges who are carefully selected to represent multiple areas of our community, including municipal members, trained professional musicians, educated music professionals and music production professionals (radio). All proceeds from the event will go towards free programming offered by the Centre for Young Parents.
While the goal is to raise funds for the Centre for Young Parents, we also aim to provide an avenue for local amateur talent to perform, gain experience, and increase their confidence to pursue their musical ambitions and goals.
